Lentil salad Töginger style with nana mint

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g lentils, cooked from the can
  • 1 onion(s), red, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 tsp mint (peppermint)
  • 1 tbsp oil (grape seed oil)
  • Chives, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

the mint gives the taste

Combine all ingredients, including the lentil broth, in a bowl and sprinkle with chives. Let stand for at least 30 minutes.
