Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g lentils, cooked from the can
- 1 onion(s), red, finely chopped
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 tsp mint (peppermint)
- 1 tbsp oil (grape seed oil)
- Chives, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
the mint gives the taste
Combine all ingredients, including the lentil broth, in a bowl and sprinkle with chives. Let stand for at least 30 minutes.
