Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of lentils
  • 4 potatoes
  • 50 g diced ham
  • 2 vegetable stock cubes
  • 125 ml water
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

WW – suitable, 3.5 points per serving

Brown the ham and add the diced potatoes. Add the water. Add the lentils and stock cubes and simmer until the potatoes are tender. Season to taste.
