Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml tomato juice
  • 100 g lentils, red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the tomato juice and lentils in a saucepan over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Dice the bell pepper and onion and lightly fry them in a pan with the oil, then add them to the lentils. Season with salt and pepper and puree. Transfer everything to a clean screw-top jar and store in the refrigerator.
