Lentils – Patties

The perfect lentils – patties recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Soak a bag of lentils overnight
  • 1 size Chopped onion tempered
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Coconut fat / coconut oil
  1. Read out the lentils from the table, put them in plenty of water and let them soak overnight.
  2. Peel the onion, chop it up and let it cool in a tablespoon of coconut oil or coconut oil (or other).
  3. Put the swollen lentils through a sieve and put them in the blender, add salt and pepper and the tempered onions and pulse a few times briefly, so that a batter is made from which patties are then formed and in coconut oil or coconut oil (or other) be fried.
  4. Tip 4: with a colorful salad 🙂
