Lentils – Patties
The perfect lentils – patties recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Soak a bag of lentils overnight
- 1 size Chopped onion tempered
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Coconut fat / coconut oil
- Read out the lentils from the table, put them in plenty of water and let them soak overnight.
- Peel the onion, chop it up and let it cool in a tablespoon of coconut oil or coconut oil (or other).
- Put the swollen lentils through a sieve and put them in the blender, add salt and pepper and the tempered onions and pulse a few times briefly, so that a batter is made from which patties are then formed and in coconut oil or coconut oil (or other) be fried.
