Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350 g minced meat, mixed
- 100 g smoked bacon cubes
- 4 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 cans of lentils with soup vegetables
- 2 apples, red
- 1 tbsp marjoram, dried
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 30 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and paprika, mix, and form into mini meatballs (approx. 1.5-2 cm in size). Brown the bacon in a pan, add the meatballs, and fry until browned on all sides. Finely dice the onions, core the apples, and cut them into 1 x 1 cm pieces. Heat the butter in a large, deep pan and sauté the onions. Add the apples and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the lentils, meatballs, and bacon and heat until hot. Season to taste with marjoram, salt, and pepper.
