Lentils with Pumpkin

- 2 piece Diced potatoes
- 300 g Diced Hokkaido pumpkin meat
- 1,5 liter Homemade vegetable broth
- 400 g Soaked lentils
- 400 g Salt pepper
- Put the potato cubes with the diced pumpkin in the vegetable stock and bring to the boil.
- Then add the lentils soaked overnight and everything should simmer for about 30 to 45 minutes.
- Season the whole thing with salt & pepper and let it steep for about 30 minutes.
