Lentils with Pumpkin

The perfect lentils with pumpkin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Diced potatoes
  • 300 g Diced Hokkaido pumpkin meat
  • 1,5 liter Homemade vegetable broth
  • 400 g Soaked lentils
  • 400 g Salt pepper
  1. Put the potato cubes with the diced pumpkin in the vegetable stock and bring to the boil.
  2. Then add the lentils soaked overnight and everything should simmer for about 30 to 45 minutes.
  3. Season the whole thing with salt & pepper and let it steep for about 30 minutes.
  4. Have fun cooking and enjoy your meal
