Budwig quark basic recipe
- This is the basic recipe and can be refined and supplemented as desired. This is how I make honey and muesli spices for breakfast (put together myself and can be changed as required). That means for this dessert we need 3x the amount of the ingredients of the basic recipe, 300 g stomach quark, 90 ml linseed oil and 90 ml milk (for me it was left over from breakfast and it will be processed further.
- Make the Budwig quark from the ingredients, the milk, quark and oil must be mixed so well that the mixture emulsifies well, no oil should be visible on the edge of the bowl. Then add the muesli seasoning and mix well. Put this mixture in a freezer-safe container and put it in the freezer for about 3 hours.
Serving
- Cut off the iced fruit mixture with a spoon and serve with the iced Budwig quark.
- Have fun doing something and enjoy yourself 🙂
