Lentils with Spinach

The perfect lentils with spinach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Spinach leaves
  • 2 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 g Ginger
  • Chilli fresh or dried
  • 80 g Lentils red
  • 2 teaspoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Whole milk yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame
  1. First, roast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat, put them in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Sort the spinach, wash and drain. Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Peel the garlic and ginger and dice them very finely.
  3. Let the lentils simmer in 80 ml of boiling water for about 5-10 minutes. Heat the oil in the pan. Sauté the spinach, onions, garlic and ginger in it. Add soy sauce and season with chilli. Then add the lentils with the liquid and mix everything in. And season with pepper.
  4. Arrange the spinach lentils in a bowl. Add the yoghurt, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
