Spinach Dal with Red Lentils

Ingredients
 

  • 1 medium sized Onion
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 150 g Red lentils
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Double cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • -

Instructions
 

  • Thaw spinach leaves according to the instructions on the package!
  • Peel and dice the onion. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion cubes in it.
  • Stir in the lentils and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Simmer for 5 minutes on a low heat. Then add the spinach and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the lentils have soaked up the broth. Stir well!
  • Add the cream cheese and season with seasoned salt, garam pepper and garam masala!
  • Serve!
