Ingredients

  • 6 Quartered potatoes
  • 400 g Boiled sauerkraut
  • 200 g Diced bacon
  • 1 small Onion in rings
  • 1 glass Apple juice naturally cloudy
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 Red sausages

Instructions

  • Wash the potatoes, cut them in half, quarter them and cook them in salted water - it takes a maximum of 30 minutes 😉 so start right away so that it saves a little time, work with a kettle and pour boiling water on the potatoes.
  • Fry the bacon with the onions, cut into rings, add the glass of apple juice to the sauerkraut (the sauerkraut is already pre-cooked) and stir everything together well and bring to the boil and it is ready quickly. Then, when the potatoes start to boil, heating the red sausages - Bockwurst - in the sauerkraut takes about 10 minutes.
  • The potatoes are now done, drain them, place on a plate and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
