Less Than 30 Minutes: Sugar Snap Peas – Mince – Pan

The perfect less than 30 minutes: sugar snap peas – mince – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Farmer sausages
  • 1 medium sized Diced onion
  • 1 bag Sugar snap
  • 1 key Cooked pasta
  • 50 g Clarified butter
  • 50 g Salt pepper
  1. Heat water in a kettle and then put it in the saucepan, add salt, when it boils the pasta cooks, then put it in a sieve, drain it and let it stand. While the pasta is cooking, remove the skin from the sausages and cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat the butter lard, toss the onion in it and add the mince, fry everything together well. While the mince is searing, wash and dry the snow peas, then roughly chop and prepare.
  3. Now add the sugar snap peas to the minced meat, toss well. Now add the pasta and swirl everything well again, season the whole thing with salt & pepper if necessary. However, since the sausages were spicy enough, they didn’t need to be seasoned again.
