The perfect vegan: spelled wickli with sugar snap peas on tomatoes – seitan – goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the seitan goulash
- 250 g Washed sugar snap peas
- 200 g Leek also cut
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tbsp ***************************************
- 200 piece Pages roughly cut
- Alsan * for roasting
- 1 medium sized Cut onion
- 1 Can Sliced tomatoes
- Vegetable salt
- Ground pepper
- 0,5 tsp Ground turmeric
- 1 middle Bay leaf
- 1 middle **************************************
Spices to taste
- Vegetable salt
- Ground pepper from the mill
Spelled pastries …
- 1 …. cook in vegetable stock, drain and set aside.
In parallel…
- 2 …. fry the coarsely chopped seitan in the Alsan. Add the onion and stew. Then add the can of chopped tomatoes, stir everything well and season with pepper, the turmeric and vegetable salt. Mash the bay leaf a little and put it in the sauce, bring everything to a simmer and simmer for about 5 minutes.

- Put some coconut oil in there, let it get hot and briefly toss the leek and the sugar snap peas in it. Then add the Dinkle – Wickli and swirl everything well … also add a good note of freshly ground pepper … and then just serve … and enjoy 🙂
