Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 lettuce – heart (romaine lettuce)
- ½ pack of feta cheese (made from sheep, goat, or cow’s milk)
- optional spice(s) of your choice

Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan). Wash the lettuce hearts (i.e., hold them under water), but do not separate them from the stems! Squeeze them well to prevent excess water from sticking! Press the feta cheese into the lettuce hearts. Then wrap the lettuce hearts in aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. This version can be further refined with various spices!
