Lettuce with cucumber and radishes in cream and dill dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 lettuce(s)
  • 2 small cucumbers (farmer’s cucumbers)
  • ½ bunch radishes
  • 1 small bell pepper(s), red
  • 70 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dill, chopped, preferably fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim, shred, and wash the lettuce. Wash and grate the cucumbers. Trim, wash, and slice the radishes. Halve, deseed, wash, and slice the bell peppers. Mix the dressing together and season to taste. Combine all ingredients and serve.
