Lid cookies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 175 g flour
  • 2 tsp anise powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 14 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 14 minutes

Anise cookies

Sift the icing sugar and beat with the eggs in a mixing bowl for 2 minutes with a mixer. Sift the flour and stir in half of it first, then add the other half. Mix in the aniseed, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Place the batter in a piping bag and pipe small (even!) heaps onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Since the heaps should be small, there is enough batter for about 3 baking trays. Let the baking trays rest in a warm place for 1/4 to 1/2 hour. Preheat the oven to 140-150°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the baking trays for about 14 minutes after the resting time. Tip: The warm place can also be the oven with the light on (without heat).
