Light blueberry milkshake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml buttermilk or milk with 0.1% fat
  • 70 g blueberries, fresh
  • n. B. Sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the blueberries thoroughly, discarding any rotten or mushy ones. Then place the blueberries in a tall mixing bowl and cover with milk. Blend until smooth. Once all the blueberries are chopped, add the remaining milk and blend briefly again. Season to taste with liquid sweetener, if desired. Pour the shake into a tall glass and enjoy chilled. This shake has just under 120 kcal with buttermilk or 1% milk. If you prefer, you can also make the regular version. Simply use low-fat or whole milk and sugar instead of liquid sweetener.
