Light and delicious, with lots of vegetables

Mix the ground beef with finely chopped onions, quark (or yogurt), and a pinch of salt and pepper. This works best with latex gloves, so nothing sticks to your hands and you don’t damage the meat. Divide the ground beef into separate bowls so you can mix in the remaining ingredients as needed. Then form hamburger patties and refrigerate them. Grill the burgers for 4 minutes on each side. We skip the buns and any sauces and simply eat them with fresh salad.
