Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g wheat flour
- 250 g natural yogurt, low-fat
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp sweetener, sugar as needed
- 2 large peaches, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Suitable for lacto-vegetarians, without egg
Combine the flour with the baking powder and sweetener (or sugar). Add the yogurt, sour cream, and oil, and mix until a smooth, soft dough forms. Pour into a silicone baking dish (approx. 20 cm in diameter) and spread evenly. Briefly blanch the peaches in boiling water, peel off the skin, carefully halve, and remove the stones. Cut into long pieces with a sharp knife and insert them into the dough. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C (top/bottom heat) and bake for 45 minutes.
