- 250 g low-fat yogurt
- 1 apple
- some cinnamon

Couscous with a twist
Pour double the amount of boiling water over the couscous and let it steep for 10 minutes, fluffing it up a bit with a fork at the end. Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with the cinnamon and sweetener. Dice the apple or finely grate it. Mix the ingredients well and enjoy. Simple and delicious; the nutty couscous pairs perfectly with the apple. Tip: I like to prepare the ingredients for lunch in the morning and layer them in a storage container. The container is perfect for storing in the refrigerator until lunchtime; it tastes best when cold. 430 kcal per serving
