Light Potato Salad Ala Bine
The perfect light potato salad ala bine recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Freshly peeled potatoes
- 2 Pc. Gherkins
- 2 Pc. Sausages (i had poultry)
- 2 tbsp Corn
- 50 g Miracel Whip Balance (or other variety)
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 shot Cucumber water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Iglo 8 herbs
- Cook the peeled potatoes in lightly salted water, be careful not to take too long, otherwise they will disintegrate! If you like, you can also make jacket potatoes. Let cool down well !!!
- Halve the sausage and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Drain the pickles and cut them into fine cubes.
- Cut the cooled potatoes into large cubes and add to the remaining ingredients.
- Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, cucumber water, salt and pepper well and add curry or paprika to taste.
- Carefully fold the finished mayonnaise into the ingredients and then garnish with herbs.
- Arrange the finished potato salad on plates, it goes great with grilling, sausages or just like that.
- The salad can be changed as desired, whether with eggs, peas, mushrooms or the like. Be creative :-). Have fun.
