Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g rice
  • 2 cups of vanilla pudding, 100 – 150 g each, 0.1% fat
  • 1 shot of skimmed milk
  • 1 large apple or other fruit
  • some liquid sweetener
  • possibly cinnamon or cocoa or jam

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

WW – suitable, large portion to fill you up

Cook the rice according to the package instructions without salt. Peel, core, and slice the apple. Add the apple to the pot during the last 10 minutes of the rice’s cooking time. Once the rice has absorbed all the water, add the pudding and milk to taste. Adjust the amount of water to your liking. Sweeten if desired and add cinnamon, cocoa, or jam for a final touch of flavor.
