Light smoked salmon sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 bulb(s) of red garlic (or 3 cloves of garlic)
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 125 ml dry white wine
  • 125 ml cream (cooking cream) 15%
  • 125 g smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • 1 dashes lemon(s)
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp cress
  • 250 g tagliatelle con spinaci (spinach pasta)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the onion and garlic, chop into very small cubes, and sauté in heated oil, stirring constantly, until translucent. Now add the wine and cream and simmer until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper, stir in the salmon strips, and finally add a squeeze of lime juice. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle for 6 minutes until al dente, transfer to a plate, and serve with the smoked salmon sauce. Sprinkle with cress.
