Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g spaghetti
- 120 g sliced chicken breast
- ½ stalk(s) leek
- 3 tbsp, heaped yogurt, e.g. Skyr
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Prepare spaghetti according to the package instructions. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Wash the leek and cut it into small cubes. Whisk the yogurt with the eggs. Fry the leek and chicken in a fat-free pan. Add the cooked, drained spaghetti. Pour the egg mixture over the chicken and season with nutmeg, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir and let it set briefly.
