Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 12 lasagna sheets, green
  • 450 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 3 tbsp processed cheese, reduced fat
  • 500 ml broth
  • 3 slice(s) lean cooked ham
  • 140 g cheese, grated, reduced fat
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

WW – suitable

Preheat oven. Thaw spinach. Lightly sauté spinach in a pan. Finely chop garlic and add to the spinach, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Let cool slightly. Heat broth and melt cheese in it, seasoning to taste. Cut ham into bite-sized pieces. Now layer everything: some sauce, some spinach, some ham, and some cheese, followed by a layer of lasagna sheets. Continue this process until all is used up. Finally, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
