Ingredients
- 1 size Zucchini
- 2 middle Red pointed peppers
- 2 toes Garlic
- 0,5 pole Leeks
- 200 gr Mushrooms fresh
- 2 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 0,5 teaspoon Colorful pepper
- 2 Cans Pizza tomatoes
- 2 cups Creamy
- 300 g depending on taste Lasagne sheets
- 2 medium sized Onions
- 0,5 tube Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoon Parmesan
- 1 Bullet Mozzarella
Instructions
- Wash, peel and cut the vegetables.
- In a pan, fry the mushrooms, peppers, zucchini and leeks.
- Then add the pizza tomatoes and let it simmer a little.
- Stir in the creme fraich, season, season to taste and it's good.
- Grease a baking dish well, then I started with the lasagne sheets. Put vegetable sauce on top and so on. I ended up with Parmesan and mozzarella sauce. Bake the whole thing on 180c top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
- Then just enjoy yourself.
