Light Vegetable Lasagna According to My Imagination

The perfect light vegetable lasagna according to my imagination recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 size Zucchini
  • 2 middle Red pointed peppers
  • 2 toes Garlic
  • 0,5 pole Leeks
  • 200 gr Mushrooms fresh
  • 2 teaspoon Herbs of Provence
  • 0,5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0,5 teaspoon Colorful pepper
  • 2 Cans Pizza tomatoes
  • 2 cups Creamy
  • 300 g depending on taste Lasagne sheets
  • 2 medium sized Onions
  • 0,5 tube Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan
  • 1 Bullet Mozzarella
  1. Wash, peel and cut the vegetables.
  2. In a pan, fry the mushrooms, peppers, zucchini and leeks.
  3. Then add the pizza tomatoes and let it simmer a little.
  4. Stir in the creme fraich, season, season to taste and it’s good.
  5. Grease a baking dish well, then I started with the lasagne sheets. Put vegetable sauce on top and so on. I ended up with Parmesan and mozzarella sauce. Bake the whole thing on 180c top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
  6. Then just enjoy yourself.
