Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Fresh minced beef
  • 250 g Tofu firm
  • 250 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 500 g Peeled canned tomatoes
  • 150 g Mozzarella
  • 150 g Lean cottage cheese
  • 50 g Black pitted olives
  • 1 Peeled garlic clove
  • 1 Onion

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  • Cut the onion and grate the garlic.
  • Fry the onions and minced meat together.
  • Add the garlic, deglaze with the canned tomatoes and season everything with pepper / salt and oregano.
  • Cut the champions into slices and fry them as well and stir into the sauce.
  • Cut the tofu into thin slices. (TIP - try a grater)
  • Now layer everything one by one in a baking dish. Start and finish with tomato sauce.
  • As the last layer of cottage cheese and mozzarella.
  • approx. 30 minutes in the oven until the cheese is lightly brown.
