Light Lasagna – Low Carb (without Pasta)

The perfect light lasagna – low carb (without pasta) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Fresh minced beef
  • 250 g Tofu firm
  • 250 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 500 g Peeled canned tomatoes
  • 150 g Mozzarella
  • 150 g Lean cottage cheese
  • 50 g Black pitted olives
  • 1 Pc. Peeled garlic clove
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Cut the onion and grate the garlic.
  3. Fry the onions and minced meat together.
  4. Add the garlic, deglaze with the canned tomatoes and season everything with pepper / salt and oregano.
  5. Cut the champions into slices and fry them as well and stir into the sauce.
  6. Cut the tofu into thin slices. (TIP – try a grater)
  7. Now layer everything one by one in a baking dish. Start and finish with tomato sauce.
  8. As the last layer of cottage cheese and mozzarella.
  9. approx. 30 minutes in the oven until the cheese is lightly brown.
