Light Lasagna – Low Carb (without Pasta)
The perfect light lasagna – low carb (without pasta) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Fresh minced beef
- 250 g Tofu firm
- 250 g Fresh mushrooms
- 500 g Peeled canned tomatoes
- 150 g Mozzarella
- 150 g Lean cottage cheese
- 50 g Black pitted olives
- 1 Pc. Peeled garlic clove
- 1 Pc. Onion
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- Cut the onion and grate the garlic.
- Fry the onions and minced meat together.
- Add the garlic, deglaze with the canned tomatoes and season everything with pepper / salt and oregano.
- Cut the champions into slices and fry them as well and stir into the sauce.
- Cut the tofu into thin slices. (TIP – try a grater)
- Now layer everything one by one in a baking dish. Start and finish with tomato sauce.
- As the last layer of cottage cheese and mozzarella.
