Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g potato dumplings
- 150 g bacon or smoked pork, diced
- 1 small can of beans, drained
- 1 cup of cream
- some savory
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Fry the potato dumplings in the margarine until crispy, add the bacon, and cook. Towards the end, add the drained beans and heat through. Deglaze with the cream, reduce the mixture, and season with savory. A quick, if not particularly sophisticated, dish that’s always easy to whip up when you’re pressed for time.
