Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g potatoes, mainly waxy
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g mushrooms
- ½ bunch chives
- 3 tbsp oil
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- salt and pepper
- 100 g peas, frozen
- 150 ml whipped cream
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp sauce thickener, light
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Minced meat, mushrooms, and peas in paprika cream. A savory treat!
Peel and halve the potatoes, cover with salted water, and bring to a boil. Cook for about 20 minutes. Finely dice the onion. Trim and quarter the mushrooms. Finely chop the chives. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Add the onion and mushrooms and fry for about 3 minutes. Add the peas, heavy cream, and 150 ml water. Season with salt, pepper, and 0.5 teaspoon of paprika. Bring to a boil and thicken with the sauce thickener. Drain the potatoes and serve with the sauce sprinkled with chives.
