Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g flour
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor or
- 35 g cornstarch
- 100 g butter, very soft
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 75 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 5 drops butter-vanilla flavoring
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 50 g chocolate, white, chopped
- 50 g chocolate, whole milk, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
from the microwave
In a bowl, mix the flour with the pudding powder or starch, baking powder, and chopped chocolate and set aside. Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, flavoring, and a pinch of salt until light and creamy. This should take a good 3-4 minutes. Then add the softened butter and continue beating briefly. Add the flour mixture and mix just until the flour is well blended with the wet ingredients. Pour the batter into a microwave-safe baking dish; I use silicone baking dishes. Bake the cake for 7.5 minutes at 600 watts. Once the cooking time is over, let the cake rest in the dish for at least 5 minutes before turning it out. Despite being prepared in the microwave, the cake will be very light and fluffy, not dry. So if you’re short on time, this is a good alternative. The cake serves about 4 people.
