Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 30 g honey
  • 90 g wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp lime zest

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

The butter should be soft and cut into pieces and placed in a bowl. Beat with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the egg yolk and honey. Sift the flour and gradually stir in with the lime zest. Transfer this mixture to a piping bag and pipe 8cm-long strips onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake on the middle rack for about 10 minutes.
