Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 lemons
  • 1 handful of mint, fresh
  • 600 ml water
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Israeli mint lemonade

Squeeze the lemons, clean the mint leaves, removing the stem ends if necessary, and then combine with the water. Add sugar; more than 2 tablespoons is fine, depending on your taste. Blend all ingredients until the mint leaves are finely chopped. Strain the liquid twice to remove the mint leaves. Serve the limonana with ice cubes, a mint sprig, and a straw.
