Limoncello Mousse from Kisag

The perfect limoncello mousse from kisag recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Mousse

  • 200 Gr Full cream
  • 200 Gr Natural yogurt
  • 45 Gr Limoncello
  • Powdered sugar

Mousse

  1. Mix the full cream with the yogurt, add the limoncello and stir in. Sweeten with powdered sugar to your own taste. Pour the mousse into a 0.5L Kisag or cream blower and close tightly. Push in 1 gas cartridge, shake it a little and then place it upright in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
