Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g quark, low-fat quark/curd cheese/white cheese
- 100 g butter
- 3 anchovy fillets
- 1 tsp, heaped capers, chopped
- n. B. Chives, finely chopped
- n.e. Paprika powder, rose hot
- e.g. sea salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
hearty spread for black bread made from quark/cottage cheese
The quark is mixed with softened butter and seasoned with sea salt, 3 finely chopped anchovy fillets, finely chopped chives and plenty of paprika (at least 1 tbsp) and stirred until smooth.
