Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp Nutella or cocoa powder
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 points cream stiffener
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 jar sour cherries
- 250 ml cherry juice
- 1 point cake glaze
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 5 hours 5 minutes
For the base, mix together all the ingredients except the Nutella. Halve the batter and pour one half into a springform pan, then stir 2 tablespoons of Nutella or cocoa into the other half. Pour the dark batter into the pan. Drain 1 jar of sour cherries, reserving the juice. Sprinkle the cherries over the batter. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat). For the topping, beat the cream and cream stiffener well, mix together the quark, sugar, and cream stiffener, and fold in the cream. Place a cake ring around the cooled cake and spread the quark mixture on top. Chill for 2-4 hours. Then thicken 1/4 l of cherry juice with cake glaze and spread over the cake.
