- 250 g Whole wheat flour
- 50 g Hearty oat flakes
- 200 ml Milk or water or half half
- 1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Cut out small molds. 3. At 180 degrees circulating air or at 200 upper and lower heat, bake for about 20 minutes! A hint they should be 5 mm thick !! 😉
