Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g poultry liver(s) or pork liver
- 2 medium-sized apples
- 2 medium onions
- 2 tsp marjoram, dried
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper, freshly ground

Wash the apples thoroughly, core them, and dice them. Peel and dice the onion. Sauté the apples and onion in 1 tablespoon of water until soft. This takes about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the liver, add it to the pot, and sauté for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and marjoram, then puree everything.
