Ingredients
- 300 g Pigs or beef liver
- 2 Onions
- 0,5 bunch Parsely
- Salt, black pepper, some curry
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 1 shot Soy sauce
- 0,5 Red yellow and green peppers
- 3 Spring onions
Instructions
- Cut the liver into strips, sausages and turn in flour. Then sear them in the pan and take them out of the pan again. Roast the onions and deglaze with water. If necessary, add another cube of gravy or meat stock. Bring to the boil - add the liver again and finally add the parsley. if you replace the parsley with coriander it becomes more "Asian" but I am one of those people who can't get coriander greens :-). A nice basmati rice but also mashed potatoes go very well with it
