Liver with apple rings

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 4 onions
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 250 g veal liver
  • Flour
  • Pepper, white
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and dry the apples, and core them. Slice the apples and peeled onions, then cut the onions into rings. Fry both in heated oil until golden brown. Lightly salt and set aside. Coat the liver in flour. Fry in the pan for 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the apple and onion rings.
