Ingredients for 4 servings:
- olive oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 400 ml chicken stock
- ½ tsp fish sauce, concentrated
- 1 ½ tsp lobster paste
- 200 g cream
- 1 pinch caraway seeds, whole
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp chili pepper(s), dried, crushed
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and finely chop the onion, then sauté it in a pan with olive oil until translucent. Deglaze with the chicken stock and reduce by 1/3. Add the lobster paste and continue to simmer. Then add the cream, fish sauce, caraway seeds, and bay leaves. Reduce by another 1/3 and season with salt, pepper, and chili. Pairs well with rice or noodles with crab.
