Ingredients

For the Loempias:

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 300 g Bean sprouts fresh
  • 300 g Snow peas
  • 2 Pc. Carrots
  • 10 Pc. Rice dough
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Chili powder

For the mango chutney:

  • 250 g Mango preserve
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Curry
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Brown sugar

Instructions

  • For the Loempias, the previously defrosted rice dough sheets are laid out. The minced meat is fried with the oil, salt, pepper and chilli. Fresh chilli can also be used. Then you add the grated carrots and later the chopped snow peas and bean sprouts, as these have a shorter cooking time. After the mixture has cooled down, lay the filling out on the rice dough sheets and roll the Loempias. Then they are fried over low heat.
  • For the mango chutney, the onion and the clove of garlic are finely chopped and sautéed or caramelized with the rapeseed oil and brown sugar. Then add the previously pureed can of mangoes over a very low heat and season with the curry and salt as desired. Then you add the aceto balsamic vinegar and mix the whole thing together well. Finished!
