easy and fast

Cut the fillet into thumb-thick slices, season with salt and pepper, and fry in a pan with a little oil for about 3 minutes on each side. Then keep warm in the oven at about 100°C. Drain the mushrooms, dice the onion, and finely chop the parsley. Fry everything together with the ham cubes in the same pan. After about 3 minutes, deglaze with a little white wine and let it evaporate. Also keep warm in the oven. Melt the butter in the pan and toast the slices of bread. Using the same pan, the toasted bits should transfer to the bread. Arrange two slices of toast on each plate and top with the ham mixture. Place the fillet pieces on the toast.
