Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 jar of tomatoes, pureed (organic, 400 g)
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 pinch(s) sweetener (stevia powder)
- 1 g ascorbic acid (powder)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with Stevia – also suitable for diabetics
Place the passata in a bowl. Season with 2 pinches of salt and 2 pinches of stevia. Add approximately 1 g of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) for acidity and preservation. Mix well. Use a funnel to pour the ketchup back into the jar and refrigerate it. And there you have it: simple, inexpensive, and healthy ketchup.
