Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 350 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp, heaped spread (lotus cream)
- 100 g cream
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 100 g sour cream
- 50 g butter
- 4 packs of caramel cookies
- 1 liter of milk

For the filling, combine the cream cheese, lotus cream, whipped cream, crème fraîche, and sour cream in a mixer. Finely grind a package of biscuits, mix with the butter, and place them in a cake pan as a base. Now place some filling on the base. Soak the biscuits in the milk and place them on top of the filling, then add more filling, and then more biscuits. Repeat this process until all the biscuits are used up.
