- 150 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 50 g rice
- 30 g xylitol (sugar substitute), e.g. Xucker
- 1 tsp Flavdrops, e.g. B. Toffee

Heat the almond milk in a saucepan. When the milk boils, add the rice and cook for 8 minutes. Add the Xucker and cook for another 2 minutes. Transfer the rice pudding to a deep plate and scatter with Flavdrops, if desired.
