Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tsp, heaped paprika powder, sweet
- 2 tsp, heaped caraway seeds
- 1 tsp, heaped cinnamon powder
- 4 medium-sized sweet potatoes
- Baking spray (fat-free cooking spray)
- Salt

Slimming World recipe
Preheat oven to 200ºC. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into wedges (narrow wedges). Place the spices in a shallow bowl. Mix well. Lightly spray the wedges with cooking spray to coat them all and toss them in the spices. Mix well again to coat all the wedges. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the wedges in a single layer, and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Add salt if desired before serving. This dish is a low-calorie and highly flavorful side dish to meat dishes, including BBQ.
