Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 50 g coconut blossom sugar
  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g spelt flour
  • 100 g vanilla-flavored protein powder
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 pack of cream of tartar baking powder
  • 3 m.-sized apples
  • Fat and semolina for the mold

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Peel and core the apples, cut them into small pieces, and set aside. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Stir in the quark, then the flour, protein powder, baking powder, and milk. Mix in the apple pieces and pour the batter into a greased baking pan sprinkled with semolina. Bake the cake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes on the second rack from the bottom. 100g contains the following nutritional values: 141 kcal, 4 g fat, 12 g protein, 15 g carbohydrates.
