Ribbon pasta with minced meat and cream cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 500 g minced meat
  • ½ bunch parsley, flat
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 g walnut kernels
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 1 organic lemon(s), peel
  • 2 slices of toast
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp honey, liquid
  • 1 organic lemon(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 ball of mozzarella, approx. 125 g
  • e.g. Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash the parsley, pat dry, and chop. Roughly chop the walnuts. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the bread into small cubes. Grate the zest from one lemon and zest from the other. Tear the mozzarella into small pieces. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly. Briefly toast the walnuts. Add the garlic and soy sauce and let it reduce slightly. Add the cream cheese and let it melt. Add the parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Fry the bread cubes in butter until crispy, then caramelize with the honey. Mix with the lemon zest and parsley. Serve in a bowl, along with the torn mozzarella and Parmesan.
