Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ mango(s)
  • 1 large banana(s)
  • ½ cup(s) coconut milk
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp, leveled turmeric
  • e.g. muesli
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • e.g. coconut flakes
  • e.g. sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Halve the banana and blend one half with the mango, coconut milk, orange juice, and turmeric. Divide between four small bowls. Before serving, chop the other half of the banana into small pieces and add it to the blend along with the remaining ingredients.
