Low-carb broccoli puree

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 750 g frozen broccoli
  • 3 tbsp, heaped crème fraîche
  • pepper
  • curry
  • Salt
  • possibly Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the broccoli until tender. Drain the water and add the crème fraîche to the broccoli. Puree everything and then season with curry, salt, and pepper. If desired, sprinkle some cheese on top.
