Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 broccoli
- 3 eggs
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 100 g diced ham
- 1 tomato(s), finely chopped
- pepper
- Herbs, Italian

easy and fast
Divide the broccoli into small florets and steam in hot water until al dente. Drain and refresh. Meanwhile, mix three eggs with grated cheese, diced ham, finely chopped tomatoes, and the seasoning. Salt isn’t necessary because of the ham. Line a quiche dish with parchment paper. Mix the egg mixture with the broccoli and spread evenly in the dish. Then dice the feta cheese and scatter it on top. Bake the quiche in a preheated oven at 150°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes.
